We worked with Paul Stevens when purchasing our current home in Colleyville and have nothing but positive comments towards his professionalism and efforts in helping us find the right home. We were from out of town and on a tight schedule as we had already sold our current home and needed a new home quickly. Paul worked with us as we looked at over 30 different homes over a couple of weekends making sure that we had all the time needed to make our decision. Many of these visits were scheduled on short notice with quite a few second and third visits scheduled with little notice. Despite this he always found time to support our needs. When we finally found the right house it turned into a challenging negotiation. Paul assisted us through every step of the process and was key to our finally closing the deal.
